Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-returnable. There is no trial or grace period—once a digital item is downloaded, it cannot be returned. However, a refund may be granted under these conditions:
- You have not downloaded the product.
- The product is completely unusable or non-functional.
- The item does not perform as described on the product page.
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis and will require the opportunity to first resolve the issue. Please allow 24–72 hours for our team to respond to your request.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- You changed your mind or purchased by mistake.
- The item was already downloaded.
- The product was purchased by an authorized associate or employee.
- You cannot install or configure the product (we can assist).
- The product is incompatible with your WordPress setup.
- You were expecting different functionality.
- The product displays a license/activation message but is still fully functional.
- Your site broke after installation.
- You demanded immediate support and didn’t receive it within minutes.
- You denied access for our support team to investigate your issue.
Memberships & Subscriptions
- VIP Memberships and renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused time or testing purposes.
- Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively or used to claim partial refunds.
EU Customers
In accordance with EU law, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if:
- The product was not downloaded or installed.
- We have not begun providing a service (e.g. SEO, hosting, development).
Once a download or service begins, your right to withdrawal is void.
